Hi, I’m Graeme Rose. For over 35 years, I have supported professionals through the real, hidden challenges behind high performance - burnout, self-doubt, overwhelm.  

My work is grounded in neuroscience, but my approach is simple: help people think differently, not just work harder.

I am based in the Highlands of Scotland, but I work with legal professionals across the UK and beyond. When I am not coaching, you will find me walking the coast, reflecting, or recharging with family. I have lived with burnout myself - and come through it. I narrowly avoided a widowmaker heart attack and that is why I care so deeply about helping others to reclaim their best life.
